RezNext Partners with TrustYou to Help Hotels Manage their Online Reputation

Bangalore, July 4, 2013 – RezNext, the real-time online hotel room distribution and travel Technology Company expands its solution set to online reputation management. RezNext has partnered with TrustYou, an online reputation management company for the hospitality industry, to offer this solution to its clients in Asia, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

Internet and social media play a pivotal role in helping travellers determine when and where they travel, and online reviews influence 80% of global booking decisions. However online reputation management goes beyond guest reviews and TrustYou’s reputation management solutions enable hotels to access a 360-degree approach while engaging potential guests.

TrustYou’s online reputation management product suite includes: reputation surveys, reputation monitoring and reputation marketing solutions. Reputation surveys allow hotels to actively seek feedback from guests and distribute the feedback to sales channels in the form of reviews. Reputation monitoring enables a hotel to effectively monitor its reputation and respond to reviews from hundreds of sites like TripAdvisor, Google+,, all in one simple dashboard. Reputation marketing allows hotels to show off its great reputation with tools like the TrustScore, a single, independent score that takes into account all online comments and reviews written across the Internet.
