The company was set up by visionaries Suresh John and Vissal Mathews, and began by delivering back-end solutions in 1987. Over time, IDS NEXT has gone on to build, refine and deliver a comprehensive hotel Property Management System for the industry. Today, the company has expanded its offerings to an end-to-end solution which includes software, hardware, maintenance and manpower support.
